Please email or give us a call on 01202 237585 before returning any item as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.

If you are not 100% happy with your items, you can return your order to us for a refund (subject to restocking).

Goods returned for refund will be subject to a restocking / administration charge of 15% of the Invoice price of the goods.  Non-faulty goods may only be returned subject to approval.  We will not refund any carriage costs unless agreed by Platinum Marine. All items being returned for refund must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging. Any items not meeting these requirements will be returned. Goods that have been specially ordered by Platinum Marine will be returned to the relevant supplier and all charges from our supplier will be forwarded to your account including our carriage costs to return the unwanted items. Credit Card charges will not be refunded for items returned for credit.  Goods that have been supplied in error by Platinum Marine will be refunded in full. Goods that are returned for refund as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for credit in full and we will raise a full refund on receipt of credit from the manufacturer.  All items returned for agreed credit must be returned within 30 days of despatch.  Any requests for credit outside of 30 days may be refused 

Returned items must arrive with us in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Please ensure that you use adequate packing materials to ensure the goods are not damaged during return transit.

Please obtain a certificate of posting when you return your items. These are available free of charge at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should the parcel be delayed or lost in the post.

We will advise you when your exchange or refund has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund in full (including postage charges).

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to obtain instructions on how to return the goods to us.

Lost Order

If your order hasn't arrived, first of all view your order online by signing into Your Orders. If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please email, or call us on 01202 237585 / 07834608043  between 9am and 5pm, 5 days a week.
